* On October 29, 2015, President Obama signed into law the Positive Train Control Enforcement and Implementation Act of 2015 (Act), which amends 49 U.S.C. § 20157.  The Act requires each covered railroad to submit to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) a revised Positive Train Control (PTC) implementation plan (PTCIP) no later than 90 days after the Act's enactment, which was January 27, 2016.
